BillPhotoAfter serving as a member of the United States Navy in the Persian Gulf, William Madsen attended Southwest State University in Marshall, MN and the University of South Dakota School of Law from which he graduated in 2005.

Mr. Madsen has a unique background for a personal injury attorney.  Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked as a claims adjuster for a major insurance company.

Mr. Madsen is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, the Minnesota Bar Association, and served as an investigator for the 5th District Ethics Committee.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Madsen served on the executive board of the Minnesota Inventors Congress. Education: Southwest State University (B.A. 2000); University of South Dakota School of Law (J.D. 2005).

David W. Schneider

dave2-bgA native of Willmar Minnesota, David Schneider attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, and the William College of Law in St. Paul, from which he graduated with honors in 1995.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Schneider worked primarily in the telecommunications field as a sales professional. Mr. Schneider is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Minnesota Association for Justice, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He was named among the top Personal Injury lawyers in the state and has been named "Super Lawyer" many times by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.

Mr. Schneider is a frequent contributor and lecturer for "Parents Forever" sponsored by the University of Minnesota.

Mark J. Thalberg

Marks_picMark Thalberg was born and raised in Spicer, MN. He attended Minnesota State University-Moorhead for his undergraduate work. After receiving his Bachelor's degree from MSU, he moved to Lansing, MI to attend the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

He attended Cooley on a scholarship and received multiple certificates of merits. Following his graduation he followed his passion for the law, rooted deeply in family tradition, and moved back to Willmar, MN. He recently obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Southwest Minnesota State University.

He enjoys practicing at the Law Office of Schneider & Madsen, representing clients with all types of claims, and is committed to providing equal access to the law. Mark focuses his practice in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Family Law, among others.

Mark is married and enjoys volunteering his time with Wills For Heroes. He also enjoys being on the golf course, at the YMCA, and traveling.
